Meet my new hand to hand character. Never did a playthrough like this and im already in love with it

    My first impression so far

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 03:31 PM PDT

Okay so i made my character and fiddled with the controls for like the first hour the left that first building office place I tried out some of my starting spells (I'm playing a mage) "accidentally" hit the stupid woodelf who took my magic ring. Then I went and talked to the shirtless blade dude now I'm just exploring because I haven't decided on what guild to join first. So I've played alot of skyrim and oblivion and honestly I can see why people love morrowind so much I mean it feels like I'm playing D&D with no friends which is nice because I don't have any friends....i feel like I'm going to waste a lot of time in this game also fuck the dark brotherhood in this game

How I stabelished a real Daedric Cult (real life story)

How I stabelished a real Daedric Cult (real story)

It all started as a not very elaborate joke, where on a facebook group, about occultism, I out of sheer sarcasm, made a publication thanking the "demon Mephala" for blessings received. The publication was very well received, and dozens of people came to me to find out how to contact such an entity. At this point it is important for you to understand: the Brazilian people are EXTREMELY superstitious.

When telling two friends, we had the idea to see how far this would go: with the lore about the Dunmer religion, and some small changes in Wikipedia, we transformed the "anticipations" into real deities, originating in the Middle East and Africa. I fought this with some popular "spells", exchanging the names of Catholic saints for the names of the daedra.

We now have approximately 100 people firmly believing and worshiping Azura, Mephala and Boethia, including making daily offerings from Nightshade to Mephala, and roses for Azura.

You may think I'm a monster, but I'm just a "godmaker".

I got real life mad(which almost never happens to me) while playing Morrowind for the first time.

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 05:55 PM PDT

I've played Oblivion for at least 300 hours and Skyrim for at least 100 hours. Morrowind is a whole different beast. I made my character; an axe wielding Nord. Everything was going well until I got attacked by a Dark Brotherhood member who was way too strong for me. I tried to run away but I got murdered and reloaded. I was also mad because the NPCs tell you compass directions but there isn't a compass(at least as far as I know). I got killed by a mud crab because fatigue affects accuracy and I had no fatigue left. I didn't understand the combat and kept stabbing with my axe all the time. Basically everything went wrong for me. I think the combat is pretty bad, but the story and exploration are absolutely amazing. I had a lot of fun after doing some research on the mechanics, but the first hour was miserable.

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 07:46 PM PDT

I have a Geoforce GTX 1660, but Morrowind is only detecting the Intel 370. Is there a way I can get the Geoforce to be used?

    Tips for Bloodmoon

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 02:05 PM PDT

I'm on the final quest for Bloodmoon and up until this point I've never had any issues with enemies but the werewolves keep tearing me up. I'm playing a redguard using Eltonbrand as my weapon and I've got full daedric or equivalent gear on. I'm wondering if there's any tips for getting through this quest.

    Will MWSE cause problems?

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 12:36 PM PDT

If I instal MWSE, will it risk making other (vanilla) mods unavailable/dysfunction?

Will I have to get a bunch of replacement mods, or is it just an add-on that will expand my mod possibilities?
