It's been a goal of mine for awhile and I'd like to share it with a community that still appreciates this wonderful game! I'd love to get advice from other players about tricks you have used to level up quickly, or certain areas you enjoyed exploring at a particular level or any sort of discussion about the game! Assassin in Mage's Guild locations Posted: 19 Sep 2020 01:31 AM PDT I feel odd posting this, as I'm not a big computer game guy, and I've played this game through before (at least up until Bloodmoon, and then sold the laptop it was on...). Anyway, I didn't have to deal with such a headache last time, and I did what I was supposed to do to get the attacks to stop (talked to Atius), but they continue. I'm not even sleeping or resting, it's not that. It's that EVERY time I enter ANY mage's guild, there is a fucking DB assassin waiting for me. He spawned after I slept last time in Aldruhn. I tried several times to sleep without the spawn, but it was like 100%. So I figured, fuck it, I'll talk to Atius and get this shit to stop, then go to Vivec for a quest I'm on. Except motherfucker is waiting for me in the Vivec mage's guild. So apparently he uses guild guides, too. Wouldn't be an issue, except I can't defeat him. He smites my character every time. Is this WAI with his appearance at any mage's guild!? I guess maybe I just need to armor up (HAVE to enter this mage's guild for the quest). Any other spells I should be using (Breton, early levels, been mostly using greater fireball for attacks)? Thanks!! submitted by /u/enlguy [link] [comments]
