Are there other maps I can use on Morrowind (no Tamriel rebuild)

First time playing, I'm on level 2, looking for the witch who stole that guy axe (I found a fortress - Andasreth - and I'm walkign trhough) when I rest and that guy in black that always attack you when you rest attacked me and with their help I defeated him. OMG, that armour is so better than mine

    Red stats won’t go away.

I have red stats on personality and luck, and restore stat potions don't work. Dispel also didn't work. I have no diseases. Any other ideas?

How do I convert my vanilla save to openmw?

    Posted: 28 Nov 2019 01:00 PM PST

I just got morrowind today. Its pretty good, but despite it being so old it still lags on my pc. I heard openmw runs it faster, so I want to ask if its possible to bring over my save files over to that one.

New to Morrowind – Enchanting + what magic to take/use?

    Posted: 28 Nov 2019 11:07 AM PST

So I am new to the game, I was going to play as a thief but read that enchanting is one of the best ways to experience the game and to do enchanting you need a magic type to use with it. So I created my own class and took out three thief skills for alchemy, enchanting and one other magic.

I want to check with you guys what magic is the best to take to use with enchanting? I went with Alteration because it seems it has the most utility for me. I can take out more stuff for more magic if you think it would be worthwhile, or maybe just drop playing as a thief to play as a mage.

    On a side note:
Also I read somewhere once before a long time ago that I somehow remembered before I got the game that a ring you find in a box at the start is a key to the end of the game but I don't know if I should hold onto or give it to the guy that wants it at the starting town. What should I do with it? I could be remembering incorrectly, I tried to find out more about this but found nothing, so I think I am wrong about this.

    Vampirism

    Posted: 28 Nov 2019 03:43 PM PST

When you cure your vampirism, do you lose the stats you've leveled up while being a vampire, or just the buffs you've gained from being a vampire?

I have maxed out my intelligence with alchemy, but now what?

    Posted: 28 Nov 2019 05:58 AM PST

I created an alchemy build of a Breton under the apprentice sign and managed to get to Wolverine hall at level one to craft enough fortify intelligence potions that wont expire for over a year, but when I use my new intelligence that is in the billions to fortify my other skills, they all get either maxed out at 64 points or are thrown back to 0. Are the other skills supposed to be capped at 64 or am I doing something wrong?
