Daryyl Diaries: Hail Sithis and Snowy, Scourge of Sadness (Adventure Story With ALL the Spice) Posted: 24 Nov 2019 07:46 PM PST So I created a new character, Daryyl (my first one getting to level 15ish. I decided I once I got a grasp on the game mechanics (most of them at least) I would try out a new character. So I made him major and minor in things like conjuration, destruction, alchemy, spears (because SPEARS, that's why!), the long blade just because I kinda wanna rp that kinda fighter, a spell sword/spear of sorts. Medium armor to get a happy medium. I don't remember the rest to be honest. I decided to play the game just for immersion and not really try to get the best stats I could, though it would be nice. I just wandered and randomly came across...The Bridge. Yeah, that one. I decided I would face Him. At level 1. Now I don't know if that's a great feat or not by even the newest of players, but seeing as I got curb stomped harder than my hopes and dreams last time I played on my first character, I took it as a brave feat indeed. The battle was rough. I got confused between my own custom mouse controls and flustered to switch spells. My ancestral ghost rushed forward with the wraith-like gait, and I kept switching from Frostbite to Fire bite, for I mistook the keys that change spells for the ones that change weapon. Rookie mistake. And a rookie I am, a rookie I was, yet a brave one indeed as I surged to Him with the speed of Hermes (thanks, Steed). I began spamming. I mean, expertly timing my attacks. (I forgot about the hold mechanic on mouse and keyboard to do more damage. Eventually, He took out my ghost, and I scrambled away, fear nestling a burrow in my heart. That deep pit you feel when all hope is lost. Yet with a quick heal, and a hasty, flustered, frantic recast of my ghost (and my magicka all but spent) I returned to the fight, striking down the foolish skeleton He spawned upon me. My ghost took His fearful gaze off of me, but only a moment too late, as he fell blow struck my chest. I staggered, fell, and shook. Only to return to my feet and strike him down for the mongrel he was. I stood victorious over his corpse, sneering at his corpse. Damn, you Snowy! Anyways, I rested afterward and got smoked by the assassin, so screw me I guess, I'm off to power level.... It's a hard life RP-ing. A hard life indeed. You try so hard, only to be battered up real fine for Thanksgiving in in honor of Sithis. So now it's time to look up those old videoes. Tactics, skills, resources, stats, tips, and all the CHEESE. I will be the MOST POWERFUL spell spear ALIVE! Thanks for reading. [link] [comments]

Alchemy Question: Ingredients Disappearing Posted: 24 Nov 2019 04:01 PM PST New player, here. When attempting to create potions, most of the time I get a message saying either that I was successful or that I failed. Sometimes, though, I get no message and the ingredients I'm using just disappear. Sometimes only a few disappear, sometimes a bunch disappear all at once. Once, I had all four slots filled with like 13 of each ingredient, and every single one just vanished. Does anyone know what's happening? [link] [comments]
