| I just actually got into morrowind Posted: 11 Nov 2019 01:33 PM PST I started playing a couple days ago and thought that i didn't like it very much but I continued to play and I love it. For some reason I really like that you never get quest markers because i feel like i'm paying more attention like in the mages guild quests where you have to get mushrooms and flowers for Ajira. I also really like how the world is so much different from Oblivion or Skyrim. [link] [comments] | ||

| Can anyone help please? Morrowind has gone pitch black overnight for me. Posted: 11 Nov 2019 02:21 PM PST Hi there, just got back into Morrowind recently. Something weird has happened though. I'm playing on PC, and after playing for around a month, overnight the game has become unbelievably dark and shadowy visually. Night time I can barely see a thing, honestly. Day time is slightly better (naturally) but still very shadowy, and it's clear that something has happened. In trying to find the cause I'm stumped. I only had MGE XE installed and after uninstalling there's no difference. It's a GOTY edition if that helps. I've installed and reinstalled the game numerous times and even when I start a new game with a fresh install, it's still all shadowy. Interiors are especially bad, you can't see a lot of small things and it's just reaallly (sorry for the repetition but it's the best way to describe it) shadowy. I have no idea what's happened. It used to be fine and then overnight it's gone really bad, and has affected not just all my saves but any new games too. Changing gamma has an effect but not a positive one; it increases the brightness but gives everything a weird unnatural colour. I'm running Windows 10 on a Microsoft Surface Go. Do you think my operating system is lowering the .exe files brightness? That's about all I can think of. Any help on this matter greatly appreciated, I will pay you a million space dollars and tell all my friends and everyone I meet what a true living legend you are. Cheers. Jamie [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 11 Nov 2019 05:16 PM PST Ok so every time I get caught breaking the law, my alchemy equipment gets taken as if it was stopen property. This wouldnt be unusual had i stolen the gear but I have bought at least 2 master mortar and pestles and 1 grandmaster mortar and pestle plus master tier gear besides. Its just very frustrating. Eventually you've heard them all, or have you? I'm sure everyone has their favourites. I'd love to hear some and maybe read something new. Posted: 11 Nov 2019 06:08 AM PST I'm a little sick of always having to bribe NPC's if I don't feel like murdering them throughout quests in the game where someone needs to like you first. Speechcraft is a major skill for me but is only at ~35. It would also be nice to get me levelled up :P [link] [comments] | ||
