It's kinda funny to think about how taunting is used and works

Imagine, you're just chilling in a bar, minding your own business when this dude appears and starts accusing you of shit or demanding things. You turn him away. "Get out of my face, n'wah!" you say.

But instead of going away, they get naked and start insulting you! No one else seems to notice this naked dude talking mad shit in your face. You get so mad you strike the stranger. The next thing you know, people are calling the guards on you and the dude you assaulted is now donning full Daedric armor and stabbing you with a powerful magic sword.

You die, and the rest of the townspeople congratulate the stranger on saving them from a madman.

So what's the deal with Caius?

Why is a Blades agent, back when the Blades were basically the CIA and not just weeb LARPers, a skooma addict? Was he supposed to disguise himself as a junkie so as not to arouse suspicion, and accidentaly became one for real?

    Where are the dunmer vampires?

    Posted: 04 Jul 2020 06:39 PM PDT

I got to say im dissapointed after joining a vampire clan for the first time. I became a vampire and joined berne clan and took out the aundre clan and in neither stronghold did I see anything but human vampires.

I get morrowind is the country most hostile to vampires but for so many humans to be affected and choose to stay and live in a vampire clan in the heart of morrowind, they must not be too worried about the dunmeri. Are they all just very careful not to leave dunmer alive for fear they will betray the other vampires if turned? Seems hard to control as there are not enough humans for them to feed on and due to the location of the clans they would have to rely on ashlanders for 99% of their diet and surely some would escape and live to become vampires themselves. Do they all just commit suicide? That doesnt make sense for exiled ashlanders who are already shamed and hated and considered to jave no honor, so why would they choose to kill themselves over shameful vampirism wjen they are already outcasts? These exiles are almost the only easily available foodsource for two of the clans.

I just dont get it, there should be more dunmer vampires. Where are they?

A gripe about Light Armor choices

    Posted: 04 Jul 2020 11:51 AM PDT

I like light armor, but there is almost no progression to the choices you have in this game. Chitin is just too good! Why even have leather or fur, other than aesthetics or something pathetic for NPCs to have?

Chitin is cheaply available, it has the lowest weight, and it has the best armor rating of the base light armor until glass. Heck, it even has the best durability until glass. Once you have a suit of chitin you have no reason to want any other armor. For other categories you at least have to ask yourself "well this one's better but also heavier" but nope! not for chitin: it's the best AND the lightest. I keep hoping to find a reason to go for Netch leather (other than the sick looks!) but it's twice the weight for half the rating. Even a freaking cloth bracer is heavier than the chitin gloves.

Basically, it sucks that you get the second-best light armor so early. Like Seyda Neen early.

Going to be starting this for the first time soon, would like some ideas for a Telvanni archaeologist/dungeon delver build

    Posted: 05 Jul 2020 12:29 AM PDT

Topic. I've played Skyrim and Oblivion and a teensy bit of Daggerfall, but never got around to Morrowind. I don't know an awful lot about the game's mechanics or how builds work though, so some help would be appreciated.

I've always liked what I've seen and read about House Telvanni, so I definitely want to join them. I got the idea to make a sort of treasure hunter or archaeologist build after watching videos about different secret items and hidden things scattered around the world, and I wanted to get some opinions on what a good build for that would be.

Things like race, stats, class, etc. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

How do I use dagger bound?

    Posted: 04 Jul 2020 01:18 PM PDT

My demon tanto has some dagger bound thing and I hear it's good but I'm not quite sure how to use it. Does anyone know? Thanks. Also, does anyone know how to use scrolls as when I drag them onto character, I just read it and nothing happens.

    Minor Morrowind Rebirth Question

    Posted: 04 Jul 2020 05:34 PM PDT

Whenever I use the starting spell, "Summon Skeleton," the area around the skeleton lights up. Dark areas become super bright, as if it were day time. It's really killing the immersion, and I'm wondering if anyone has a fix for it.

Only mod I'm using is Morrowind Rebirth, thanks!

    Morrowind Eats RAM and CPU

    Posted: 04 Jul 2020 11:12 AM PDT

Do anyone know why does this happen? For a long time, I've played Morrowind that often and then I leave after I started to play Skyrim again, but now I want to play but it now eats RAM and CPU, then It become a little slower.

    Do anyone know why?
